The Shenandoah Community Foundation (SCF) in partnership with the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the community’s participation in Giving Tuesday, the global day of generosity that inspires people to give, collaborate, and celebrate local impact.

This year, SCF will award $12,000 in matching grants to participating nonprofits across Shenandoah County, helping amplify every dollar donated by the community. These funds are made possible by generous donors including a significant contribution by local resident, Timothy Funk. Residents are encouraged to give to their favorite local organizations and help make an impact this holiday season.

Participating 2025 nonprofits include:

Shenandoah Community Foundation Executive Director, Becky Stickley stated, “Giving Tuesday is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together. We are thrilled to amplify that impact by offering matching funds, ensuring every gift, no matter the size, will go even further supporting the organizations that make our county stronger.”
