Eligibility Requirements

• Graduating Strasburg High School senior who will be attending a two- or four-year college or accredited trade school
• Demonstrates a responsible attitude toward academics, preferably with a B average or higher
• Demonstrates good character with qualities of leadership
• Interest in studying education or health care will be a primary consideration
• Completed application
