Established in memory of Oliver “Butch” Orndorff, Jr. to provide a scholarship for students who have participated in a Shenandoah County Scouting America troop.
Eligibility Requirements
Graduating high school senior (public, private, or homeschool) who has been active in Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) for at least three years and a member of a troop in Shenandoah County in his or her graduation year
