Established by Russ Adams to provide educational scholarships for students in Fort Valley, Virginia.

Eligibility Requirements

Graduating high school senior (public, private, or home school) who will be attending college
Current resident of Fort Valley, with preference given to students who have a least one parent who grew up in Fort Valley
Completed application and written essay

Scholarship Award

2025 – $9,500 (scholarship may be divided among multiple students)
