Eligibility Requirements
Graduating high school senior (public, private, or homeschool)
Member of a Shenandoah County club, council, or chapter of 4-H organization and intends to enroll in and attend an institution of post-high school education
Exemplifies the pledge of head, heart, hands, and health “to make the best better”
