Eligibility Requirements

• A graduating high school student (or equivalent) or current college student who has graduated from a Shenandoah County high school 

• Plan to attend a two- or four-year college 

• Demonstrate academic responsibility, preferably with a B average or higher 

• Plan to pursue a degree in the field of teaching or school counseling
