Curtis Willey
The Curtis Willey Warrior Scholarship Fund honors Curtis Willey who perished in a swimming accident in 2011. Curtis was a Marine who served in Operation Desert Storm, a fitness enthusiast and a graduate of Strasburg High School He is remembered by friends and family as a tenacious person who always strove to be the best that he could be in everything he did and as a friend to all.
This scholarship will go to a Strasburg High School graduate who exemplifies these qualities.
