Woodstock, VA, (Summer 2016) – The Shenandoah Community Foundation announced the addition of Mike Dorman to their Board of Directors.
“Mike’s experience as a High School Principal and his enthusiasm for our mission make him a perfect addition to our Board,” said Foundation President, Jeff Dalke. “We are excited to draw on his insight and experience and look forward to benefiting from his contributions.”
Dorman is a lifelong resident of Shenandoah County and a career educator. He is currently the principal of Stonewall Jackson High School and has worked in Shenandoah County Public Schools for 21 years.
“I have found Mike to be a wonderful ally and advocate for the Foundation even before he joined the Board,” said Program Coordinator, Jeanne Russell. “I look forward to continuing to work with him as a Board member.”
