The Shenandoah Community Foundation has just received this urgent message from Valley Health:
Request for hand-sewn masks
We are seeking groups in the communities that would be willing to make the hand-sewn masks. This outreach is so we can be prepared if more masks or additional protection is needed for our courageous healthcare workers.
CLICK HERE for guidelines and instruction videos for the masks that we can accept. (Instructions videos are also embedded below). We have drop-off locations at all of our Emergency Department entrances.
Does your business have unused masks or gloves?
If you know of a business that isn’t using all of its masks/gloves and would like to donate them, please contact me (see below) and we can coordinate a pick-up. We commend the Shenandoah Community Foundation for all it is doing; hopefully, we will—as a community—flatten the curve!!
Thanks,
